Card Restoration Service Terms

INTRODUCTION

By using the card restoration service for your cards with Relic Supply Co. (RSC), you agree to the following Terms of Service. This agreement outlines the terms under which RSC will handle your cards.

MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE

By using this service, you enter a mutual non-disclosure agreement with RSC. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during discussions and work performed.

Your shipment must include:

• USPS, FedEx, and UPS are all ok. All packages are delivered to a parcel lock box.

• A signed copy of the submission form inside the shipment. This is important to properly track your order.

• We recommend shipping your cards in the same fashion you would submit to grading. Sleeved in Card Savers. If you want to ship in top loaders, please at least team bag them.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

The Client (you) agrees to have your cards professionally restored by Relic Supply Company. Client agrees to hold harmless any restoration acts performed on cards submitted. There is no promise to increase the value of submitted cards. RSC performs evaluations and card prep to get your cards ready for grading. If your card is damaged, RSC will not be responsible for any compensation. Relic Supply Co. does our best to make cards as pristine as possible, but we cannot perform miracles. We do not trim or color cards.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Relic Supply Co., its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from the restoration & cleaning services of your cards. Relic Supply Co. is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the items while in transit, storage, or during the restoration process. Relic Supply Co. does not guarantee any specific outcomes or timelines and is not liable for any discrepancies in Clients expectations.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

ACCEPTANCE

By submitting your cards to Relic Supply Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
